Why made to measure
A catalogue cabinet comes in fixed widths, so the gaps are filled with fillers. A made-to-measure run uses the whole wall and fits around windows, columns and uneven corners.
Because we install what we make, the person who measures your kitchen is accountable for how it fits.

Materials and hardware
Boards, door styles, finishes and hardware are chosen with you at the quote stage. Soft-close hinges and drawer systems from Blum are available on request. The materials page explains the choices.

Questions about custom cabinets
What is the difference between semi-custom and custom?
Semi-custom cabinets use set widths and options, which keeps the starting price lower. Custom cabinets are made to your exact sizes. The price table shows both from-prices.
Can I send my own layout or drawing?
Yes. Email a sketch, photos or measurements to info@toronto-cabinets.ca and we will work from them, then confirm everything at the measure.
Do I need to remove my old cabinets first?
Tell us in the quote form whether the old cabinets are still in place so we can plan for it. See the planning guide.
